Grrrrrrr.... I was in the middle of writing an entry and I fucking lost it. Don't you hate that? Well I couldn't be bothered now, the jist was I'm at work but it's 4.15pm on a Friday so I don't feel guilty. I'll try to capture most of what I wrote next time but for now I'm just popping in to say that I'm alive...
